The delivery of products through the online store is made by courier company Econt.

Delivery can be made to an Econt office address / http://www.econt.com/offices/

Delivery is made to an address specified as the receiving address.

All orders confirmed by customers are processed according to the following deadlines.

The standard delivery time to a settlement on the territory of Bulgaria is 3 working days. The term begins to run once the order is confirmed. If you ordered a product that is not currently available, the delivery time of the order in this case is extended to 7 working days depending on the load and the volume of orders in some cases the delivery time may reach up to 14 days.

• Two orders of the same customer made on the same day can be delivered in one delivery if the customer has contacted the HeadKnot contact details listed. If more than one delivery is required for a customer order, a HeadKnot employee is further contacted with the customer for confirmation.

The time for delivery of ordered goods begins to run from the moment the order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment method – cash on delivery. This means you pay the amount upon receipt of the products delivered by the courier company Econt.
